Privacy notice

What we collect

When you join, we store your email address, a password hash (never the password itself), your rider name, and the optional country and bike you enter. We also keep a short security log of sign-ins, with your IP address and browser type, to protect accounts from abuse.

Why we collect it

To run your rider profile and keep the Society safe. When ride tracking opens, GPS tracks, receipts and photos will be used to verify rides, not to watch you. We will update this notice before that happens.

Who sees it

Society administrators can see your profile details. We do not sell your data. Our website is served through Cloudflare, which processes traffic to deliver and protect the site.

Cookies

We use one cookie, iss_session, to keep you signed in. It is needed for the site to work, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account at any time by contacting a Society administrator.
